"Above is King Lobengula's advisory council that he sent to London in 1889 to meet with Queen Victoria with a purpose of expressing to the queen that the Rudd Concession had not been done in good faith by the British and he wanted to anull it. These men met the Queen on March 2nd 1889 in London.

"Cecil John Rhodes and his men met with Mthwakazi Chiefs on the 21st of August 1896 to stop impending battles that continued in the mountains of Matojeni. The meeting was to call a truce with the Chiefs of Mthwakaz to stop the war of the Red Axe (impi yehlokelibomvu).

"King Lobengula's sons who were captured and forced into exile in Cape Town, South Africa - from Left, Mphezeni, Njube and Nguboyenja.

Below is a collection of funeral proceedings of Cecil John Rhodes who was the architect of the destruction of Mthwakazi Kingdom.This Mthwakazi area has not changed over the time.

They used donkeys and mules because they were not prone to horse diseases at that time.
